Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks a Support Engineer (L1) to join our Chennai, Tamil Nadu team in India. The role involves supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI in production environments, with a 24x7 shift model and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities include monitoring pipelines around the clock, performing initial incident triage, executing runbooks, maintaining communications, and escalating complex issues to Level 2 with contextual diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI in production environments.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Monitor production data pipelines on a 24x7 basis.
• Perform initial incident triage and severity classification.
• Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context.
