Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Data Senior Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will support modern data stack components including ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI in production and operate within a 24x7 support model with rotating shifts.

You will monitor data pipelines around the clock, perform initial incident triage, execute runbooks, communicate incidents, and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 with essential context.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments.
• Experience operating in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts.
• Monitor production data pipelines and perform initial incident triage and severity classification.
• Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures.
• Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context.
