Job summary

Snc-Lavalin in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Systems Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS, handle incidents, and drive process improvements across HR modules.

You will partner with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure stable operations, accurate data, and smooth integrations, while participating in releases and building knowledge articles for ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Workday systems.
• Experience with HR business processes and HR technology platforms.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS modules.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and platform issues within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and support Workday integrations with enterprise apps.
• Participate in bi-annual Workday releases and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain standard Workday reports and KPIs.

### **Job Description**## OverviewThe HR Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional and operational support for the organization's Workday platform and associated HR modules (HCM, Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Absence Management, Organization Management, Security Admin etc.).
