AtkinsRéalis is seeking an HR Systems Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement of HR technology services. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to optimize the employee experience.

The role covers integration support, release management, and knowledge management, with hybrid work options and relocation assistance. A IT/HR/CS degree and 3–5 years of Workday experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Workday systems.
• Experience with HR business processes and HR technology platforms.
• Experience in incident management and problem resolution.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).

Responsibilities

Overview

The HR Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing functional and operational support for the organization's Workday platform and associated HR modules (HCM, Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Absence Management, Organization Management, Security Admin etc.). The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient operation of Workday, supports HR business processes, resolves system issues, participates in configuration and enhancement activities, and drives continuous improvement of HR technology services.

The analyst will work closely with HR stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver high-quality support and optimize the employee experience.

Your Role

Workday and Oracle HRMS Production Support

• Provide Level 2 support for Workday and Oracle HRMS modules.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Workday functionality, security, integrations, and business processes.

Integration Support

• Monitor and support integrations between Workday and enterprise applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting inbound and outbound integration failures.
• Work with integration teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support testing and deployment of new integrations.

Release and Change Management

• Participate in Workday bi-annual releases.
• Assess impact of new Workday features and enhancements.
• Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing.Support deployment of configuration changes and new functionality.
• Maintain release documentation and testing evidence.

Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement

• Create and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Recommend improvements to HR processes and Workday functionality.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and service improvements.

Reporting and Data Management

• Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports.
• Support data validation and data quality initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Provide operational metrics and KPI reporting.
• Support HR data governance processes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Workday systems.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and HR technology platforms.
• Experience in application support, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Experience working within service management environments.
• Experience managing vendors and global support teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday HCM / Security / Integrations certifications.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
• Experience supporting global HR operations.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
