You will handle cloud infrastructure management, application support, automation, Windows administration, security patching, and database administration, working across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server.

The role involves deploying and maintaining ROMeo components in Azure, automating with Terraform and Ansible, and providing Windows

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of technical support experience with strong Azure infrastructure and application support.
• Experience managing Azure IaaS and PaaS environments and automation tooling.
• Experience across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server.

We are seeking a Support Analyst with strong Azure infrastructure knowledge to manage and support Azure-hosted environments. The role combines cloud infrastructure management, application support, automation, Windows administration, security patching, and database administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server environments.

Job Description

The Support Analyst will manage and maintain Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments, supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of application components and related software. The role includes providing application support for ROMeo application components hosted in Azure environments.

The position also involves infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, Windows administration, security patching, and software installation. The resource will support SQL Server administration and database backups while working with relevant development and scripting technologies.
