Job summary

Smartstream is seeking a Support Analyst in Mumbai to provide L1/L2 production support, debug applications, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on Java, SQL, and Unix, with exposure to job scheduling and monitoring tools.

A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, with 2+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must be flexible to work in rotating shifts (Morning, General, European) and may support night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on work experience in L1/L2 Production support.
• Hands-on knowledge in Java / SQL / Unix.

Responsibilities

• Providing L1/L2 support - Debug the application, check configuration, provide workarounds, perform root cause analysis.
• Respond to tickets promptly - Communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor Job Run and SLA meetup.
