Job summary

Technopals Pte.Ltd. in India is seeking an IT Production Support specialist to provide L1 support for 24x7 banking applications, CDN and monitoring systems, and to coordinate infrastructure maintenance activities.

You will manage new application releases following release management best practices, work with peer application teams, security, and change teams, and resolve production issues quickly under SLA, while continuously improving support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and banking operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on corporate internet banking / CDN / monitoring system related applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to release management best practices.
• Work with peers from Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security and Change teams to provide seamless support.
• Manage production issues by responding timely according to SLA.
• Enhance support processes to maintain/improve service level and quality.

Mandatory Skills

• Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on corporateinternet banking / CDN / monitoring system related applications.
