Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Supply Planning Technical Lead in Bengaluru to steer the architectural integrity and evolution of our global supply chain planning ecosystem. Lead Blue Yonder ESP/Forecast solutions, manage the technical backlog, and drive delivery on high-priority projects with distributed teams.

You will design robust IT requirements, guide UAT, and deliver training while collaborating with business stakeholders to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as Technical Lead or Business Analyst with Blue Yonder ESP experience.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Product Ownership: Translate solution architecture to technical specs and own the technical backlog.
• Requirements & Design: Analyze and document complex business procedures and translate into robust IT requirements.
• Hands-on Implementation: Provide expert-level configuration and integration for Blue Yonder ESP and related apps; ensure data flow across PLM, Data Lake, ERP.
• Application Support & Troubleshooting: Act as Tier 1/2 escalation point and perform deep-dive ESP troubleshooting.
• Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead UAT to verify enhancements meet standards and performance.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain technical docs and train end-users on new systems and workflows.

The Supply Planning Technical Lead is responsible for the architectural integrity, development, and continuous enhancement of our global supply chain planning ecosystem. Acting as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, you will oversee the implementation of Blue Yonder ESP/OP/Demand 360/Forecast Netting solutions, manage the product backlog, and lead the technical delivery of high-priority projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Product Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Solution architecture to technical specifications. Own the technical product backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic business objectives.

• Requirements & Design: Analyze and document complex business procedures to identify optimization opportunities. Translate these into robust IT requirements and detailed functional design specifications.

• Hands‑on Implementation: Provide expert‑level configuration and integration support for Blue Yonder ESP and related applications. Ensure seamless data flow across the supply chain landscape (including PLM, Reporting/Data Lake and ERP integrations).

• Application Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation point for business users, resolving complex system issues and providing deep‑dive troubleshooting for the ESP platform.

• Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that all system enhancements meet rigorous business standards and performance requirements.

• Documentation & Training: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows and functional specs. Empower end‑users by designing and delivering training on new systems and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Business Analyst, with specific experience in Blue Yonder ESP

• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Experience in change management and business process re‑engineering.
