Job summary

Blue Yonder Sr Support Engineer 2 in Bangalore is responsible for supporting the ESP and related Blue Yonder planning products. You will work with Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services to ensure the system delivers required business functions and data integrity.

The role requires 7-11 years in IT, with 5+ years in Blue Yonder/JDA products, and strong SQL/PL/SQL skills plus ESP module expertise. May involve 24x7/on-call coverage and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7-11 years IT experience, with 5+ years in Blue Yonder/JDA Enterprise Supply Chain products.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and data structures.
• Strong working knowledge of ESP modules, configurations, and troubleshooting.

• Design & Architect: Understand the implemented solution design; collaborate with Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services; enhance/change design per new business requirements; identify root cause and provide permanent solutions.
• Develop & Deliver: Advise customers on industry best practices; configure Blue Yonder solutions to support client processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Guide & Govern: Provide technical and non-technical support during steady-state; lead customer calls and issue resolution; contribute to knowledge articles.
