Supply Planning Manager

Role Purpose
As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory, service, and cost while managing volatility across the supply chain. You will act as the supply chain face for the category, collaborating closely with customer marketing, planning, and sales teams. This role involves leading central supply and network planners as well as branch customer service teams to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation through digital and AI-based planning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Develop production plans based on forward demand.
- Review and adjust production schedules to ensure optimum service and inventory levels across depots.
- Lead planning for event pre-builds and activations to ensure seamless execution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, and Distribution Planning to align supply chain actions.
- Work with factories, procurement, and logistics teams to balance availability and cost efficiency.
- Serve as the key supply chain point of contact for category and cross-functional teams.
Efficiency & Innovation
- Lead digital transformation by leveraging AI-based planning tools and future-ready models.
- Drive cost savings and waste reduction projects across the network.
- Ensure smooth coordination with branch fulfillment teams and central logistics for service excellence.
Customer-Centric Planning
- Understand customer nuances and design planning principles to improve service levels.
- Lead activation networks to deliver agile and efficient supply chain performance.
Key KPIs
- Service: CCFOT, MSTN, Day 0 CCF
- Inventory: RDOH, Glide Path, DBNR
- Operational: CPT, km traveled, business waste
- System: Implementation and adoption of digital planning tools
Key Stakeholders
- Category Teams: Marketing, Customer Marketing
- Planning Teams: Central Demand, Distribution Planning, Planning Excellence
- Delivery Teams: Branch Fulfilment, Central Logistics
- Factories & Procurement Teams
- Customer Development Teams: CCMs, ASMs

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, or other supply chain functions
- Graduate in Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across cross-functional and multi-location teams.
- Exposure to digital/AI-based planning tools is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to drive efficiency and deliver on cost/service objectives.
