The Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist supports business growth, service enhancements and cost-to-serve productivity by identifying, designing and implementing supply chain and E2E value chain improvements. The role may focus deeply on a specific supply chain sub-function or span multiple functions across the E2E value chain, depending on business priorities. This role delivers measurable business value through structured improvement methodologies, strong analytics and effective cross‑functional collaboration at local, regional and global levels.
Design, optimize and test supply chain and E2E network scenarios using analytical and optimization tools (e.g. OMP, spreadsheet analysis, simulation modeling). Drive adoption of ERP and internal supply planning platforms like OMP, DOC, MEIO etc. Own model assumptions, constraints and business rules - ensure alignment with commercial, operational and financial objectives. Identify and balance trade‑offs across inventory, sourcing, production, logistics, service levels, capital investment and asset utilization. Support or lead supply chain infrastructure design and optimization (distribution networks, warehouses, plants, outsourcing models, logistics assets such as tanks and warehouses).
Identify, lead and deliver cost-to-serve, productivity and service improvement initiatives across the E2E value chain. Drive measurable improvements in supply chain costs, cash flow, asset utilization, productivity, quality and customer service. Take ownership of improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
Deep dive into assigned supply chain disciplines to build strong conceptual, process and data understanding. Develop, analyze and track meaningful metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Use analytical techniques to generate insights and recommendations. Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling business storytelling to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive prioritization.
Collaborate closely with business teams, regional/global partners and other E2E Improvement Specialists to ensure alignment and leverage synergies. Provide informal guidance and coaching to junior team members and interns. Interact with Quality, SMEs and customer‑facing teams to address service gaps, complaints and customer requirements.
Join our team, we can make a difference together.
