Job summary

Tata Electronics in India’s Assam site seeks a Program Manager - Site Lead (Supply Chain) to drive end-to-end supply chain programs, coordinate across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, engineering, finance and legal, and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years of program management, PMO, and supply chain experience, with strong stakeholder management and execution leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of supply chain programs and strategic initiatives across the site.
  • Drive program governance, action tracking, milestone management, and executive reporting.
  • Establish structured reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Ensure alignment between site priorities and broader organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, operational excellence, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and digital transformation.
  • Translate leadership objectives into executable workstreams with clear ownership and timelines.
  • Support implementation of new supply chain processes, systems, and policies.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination across internal functions and external partners.
  • Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making to remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Prepare leadership updates, program dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks impacting program delivery.
  • Develop mitigation plans and drive rapid resolution through structured problem solving.
  • Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions and impact assessments.
  • Develop and maintain program trackers, KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, deliverables, and overall program health.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time.
  • Support procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, supplier management, and related supply chain operations as required.
