Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, India seeks an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives spanning Supply Chain, Logistics, and eCommerce integrations. You will drive multi‑team execution, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of WMS, OMS, TMS, and enterprise integrations, with a track record in AI‑powered analytics and automation. A PMP/Agile/Safe background is preferred for this high‑impact position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 8+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or eCommerce Integration technology experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple medium to large‑scale cross‑functional technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management, Order Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, and Merchandising systems.
• Experience managing enterprise application integrations and complex system implementations.
• Strong experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience participating in or managing projects involving Generative AI, AI‑powered automation, predictive analytics, machine learning solutions, or intelligent workflow automation.
• Understanding of AI‑enabled business solutions and automation opportunities within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and AI governance practices is preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Rally, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and Analytics Platforms.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, and Integration Architectures
• Experience with cloud‑based enterprise applications
• Experience with data visualization and operational reporting tools
