Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or related analytics roles.
  • Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

  • Manages demand planning processes using forecasting methods across the service support life.
  • Analyzes demand trends to identify deviations and root causes.
  • Anticipates factors influencing demand such as seasonality and lifecycle stages.
  • Evaluates forecast accuracy and implements corrective actions.
  • Analyzes stocking requirements for multi-echelon networks to meet customer service targets while optimizing inventory.
  • Assesses current and future inventory needs and mitigates shortages or excesses.
  • Applies multi-echelon inventory optimization to guide inventory decisions.
  • Monitors excess and obsolescence trends and mitigates cost impact.
  • Optimizes sourcing and network replenishment to balance repair vs buy and align with locations.
  • Supports lifecycle events like NPI and Last Time Buy with PLM and suppliers.
  • Drives process improvements and automation via data analysis.

Supply Chain Planner

Description -
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages demand planning processes utilizing wide range of forecasting methods throughout the service support life.
  • Analyses demand trends to identify important deviations and root causes.
  • Anticipates factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal trends, lifecycle specifics, others.
  • Analyses Forecast Accuracy results and identifies reasons for deviations and take corrective actions
  • Analyses stocking requirements for multi-echelon network and defines requirements to meet the desired customer service level, while optimizing inventory and inventory carrying costs.
  • Evaluates current and future inventory requirements and takes action to mitigate shortages or excesses.
  • Applies solid understanding in Multi-echelon Inventory Optimization methodology to take inventory decisions.
  • Analyses inventory trends and deviations, and root causes, takes corrective actions.
  • Closely monitors Excess & Obsolescence trends and takes actions to mitigate cost impact
  • Optimizes sourcing plan to reach targeted inventory, by maximizing repair vs new buy
  • Optimizes network replenishment requirements across many locations
  • Initiates timely balancing of material to fulfill needs or avoid overstock
  • Manages lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy in close collaboration with PLM and Suppliers
  • Supports continues process improvement and process automation by analyzing data, identifying patterns and trends to draw conclusions
  • Applies solid understanding of integrated software systems and their workflow

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in supply chain or math - related subject or Engineering
