Job summary

Antal International in Bengaluru is seeking a Supply Planner to join a fast‑growing FMCG business recognized for innovative consumer brands. The role focuses on balancing demand and supply with strong analytics and ERP proficiency.

You will develop and execute short- and long‑term supply plans, coordinate across manufacturing, procurement and logistics, and drive S&OP/IBP processes. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, APICS/CPIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in supply, production or inventory planning.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, pharma, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, APO, or Kinaxis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
• APICS/CPIM certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance product availability while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Manage supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity planning.
• Participate in S&OP/IBP planning processes
• Identify supply risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Analyze planning performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain planning data, reports, and master data in ERP systems.
