Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst role at Accenture in India
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (as indicated). This role involves end-to-end supply chain planning and execution, including planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service operations.
What would you do?
Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations to help clients realize value. Be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution. Implement systems to support demand and supply planning by providing planners with automated tools to access and analyze data captured across the supply chain.

- Category management – understanding direct, indirect, CAPEX, MRO procurement

- Compliance & policies – knowledge of procurement laws, tax implications, anti-bribery, and company policies
- Cost analysis & negotiation – evaluating supplier quotes and negotiating terms
- Supplier relationship management (SRM) – building partnerships with vendors
- Stakeholder communication – aligning procurement with business requirements
- Conflict resolution – handling disputes with suppliers or internal teams
- Performance evaluation – measuring supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs)
- Collaboration – working with finance, legal, operations and business units
- Automation / RPA knowledge – awareness of AI/RPA in procurement (e.g., invoice automation)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related technical/analytical field
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel
- Self-driven, able to work in unstructured environments with minimal supervision
- Experience in Hi-tech or data center builds
- Working proficiency in Kinaxis, SAP
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with BOMs and contract manufacturers
- In this role you are required to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
- Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture
- You may interact with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will receive minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
- Decisions you make may impact your own work and the work of others
- This role is an individual contributor and/or may oversee a small work effort and/or team
- This role may require rotating shifts
- Responsibilities include reviewing demand-supply data, coordinating material supply and schedules, executing Procure-to-Pay (PR/RFQ/PO), addressing delivery issues, working with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, providing dashboards and metrics to stakeholders, and supporting process improvements
