Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Senior Analyst in India to drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and value creation across goods and services for the business. You will join the procurement management team to implement systematic sourcing processes that optimize cost and performance.

The role emphasizes indirect sourcing, stakeholder management, and contract execution across regions. Rotational shifts may be required to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation is required.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Strong indirect sourcing expertise; IT category preferred.
• Excellent global stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond purchasing at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
• Source-to-Contract expertise across RFx, evaluation and award.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risk and compliance.
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate across regions and cultures.
• Focus on cost optimization, continuous improvement and value creation
