Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Practice Senior Analyst to join the procurement management team. You will help clients optimize spend across goods and services and drive value through strategic sourcing and supplier engagements.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong indirect sourcing expertise, and excellent stakeholder management. You will work with regional teams and may rotate shifts as needed.

What would you do?

• Go beyond purchasing at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for?
• Strong indirect sourcing expertise; IT category preferred
• Excellent global stakeholder management and communication
• Source-to-Contract expertise across RFx, evaluation and award
• Contracting experience, including contract review, negotiation and key commercial terms
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risk and compliance
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to operate across regions and cultures
