Responsibilities

• Deliver Supply Chain initiatives focused on planning, exception management & inventory management.
• Phase-In & Supply Planning: manage integration of new parts into the aftersales supply chain and oversee supply planning for recall campaigns to ensure timely distribution and compliance.
• Demand Forecasting: develop mid- and long-term demand forecasts for parts and services.
• Inventory Management: optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with product availability, avoiding stockouts or overstock.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise: apply deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure a seamless flow of materials.
• Cross-Functional Coordination and Escalations: collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
