Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or EV infrastructure.
• Knowledge of MSEDCL processes, Green Meter approvals, or government regulatory procedures is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate government approvals, logistics, vendor management, documentation, and project execution for EV charging stations.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily operational activities with internal teams and customers.
• Track projects from order confirmation through commissioning and maintain MIS dashboards.
• Coordinate dispatch of materials and ensure timely deliveries; maintain records and supporting documents.

About the Role

Chargnex Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Government Liaison Executive to manage end-to-end operational activities related to EV charging infrastructure deployment. The ideal candidate will coordinate government approvals, logistics, vendor management, documentation, and project execution to ensure timely installation and commissioning of EV charging stations.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Regulatory Coordination

• Coordinate with MSEDCL and other government authorities for Green Meter approvals and EV electrical connections.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, inspections, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with licensed electrical contractors and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Operations Management

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Schedule EV charger installations with customers and internal teams.
• Track projects from order confirmation through commissioning.
• Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Coordinate dispatch of materials from the warehouse to customers and installation partners.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and supporting documentation.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending materials and documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor records.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare operational reports and project updates.
• Manage customer documentation and government application forms.
• Update ERP systems and Excel trackers with project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, dispatches, installations, and project milestones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Sales, and Service teams.
• Coordinate installation schedules and provide project updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

• Experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Coordination.
• Knowledge of MSEDCL processes, Green Meter approvals, or government regulatory procedures is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent follow-up and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
