Job summary

Indoco Remedies in Navi Mumbai, India seeks a skilled supply chain analytics professional to build and manage MIS and dashboards. You will develop real-time and periodic KPI tracking, automate reporting, and support cross-functional data validation with Planning, Purchase, Production, Warehouse and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes Power BI, advanced Excel, data analytics, and SAP/ERP familiarity within a manufacturing supply chain environment in Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI experience in a supply chain context.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot, formulas and Power Query.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities for management reviews.
• Experience in Supply Chain MIS and analytics.
• Data analysis and dashboard development experience.
• Understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory and production.
• ERP/SAP experience, preferably SAP MM/PP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly Supply Chain MIS.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time / periodic monitoring of Supply Chain KPIs.
• Prepare Advanced Excel-based MIS, analytical reports and management dashboards using Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, lookups, data validation and other advanced functionalities.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Supply Chain, S&OP, Operations and Management Review meetings.
• Develop automated MIS and reporting tools to reduce manual data compilation and improve reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Sales, Commercial and Finance teams for timely collection and validation of data.
• Establish standard formats, data structures and reporting mechanisms across plants / locations.
• Develop analytical models for forecasting, inventory optimisation, lead-time analysis, service levels and supply performance.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation in Supply Chain MIS.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely circulation of all MIS reports.
