Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking an SCM Manager for our Pune-based operations. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in FRP/plastic manufacturing, with strong IATF knowledge and a background in procurement and supplier development.

The SCM Manager will oversee procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination across Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• IATF knowledge and experience in manufacturing industries.
• Experience with Plastic & FRP parts manufacturing.
• Experience in supplier development and procurement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• IATF knowledge applied to manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores & Dispatch teams.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost/quality improvements.
• Ensure material availability and inventory control.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage procurement activities.
