Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking a Design & Development Manager in Pune to lead design and development of plastic components. You will supervise engineering activities, coordinate with customers, and ensure design feasibility from concept through production.

The role requires 10–15 years in plastics, with a Diploma/Degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering and strong GD&T/APQP knowledge. Interaction with customers and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with plastic parts engineering.
• Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and APQP processes.
• Experience in tooling and part design integration.
• Fluent communication in English, Hindi, Marathi or similar languages.
