The Supply Chain/Logistics Program Manager will connect global, regional, and OpCo teams, own TAC roadmaps, and deliver training on TAC tools and processes to end users. 6–10 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transportation management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Qlik Sense, and database tools (Excel, SQL).
• Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP, dispatch, optimization applications).

Responsibilities

Supply Chain / Logistics Program Manager

Team: Global Transport Analytics Center (TAC)

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Hybrid)

Reports to: Regional Logistics Head

Experience level: 6- 10 years

About the Role

As Supply Chain/Logistics Program Manager, you'll join the Transport Analytics Center - the global team providing analytics and digital solutions to Holcim's operating companies (OpCos) worldwide. You'll act as the connective layer between global, regional, and country-level logistics teams, turning data into decisions that improve cost, service, emission and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Governance

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Global, Regional, and OpCo logistics teams for TAC-related services and projects
• Maintain performance metrics and analyze logistics data to identify root causes of problems and recommend corrective action
• Run monthly and weekly governance meetings with OpCos to review KPIs and project performance

Analytics & Optimization

• Identify and lead cost-saving, service, and safety improvement projects, supporting OpCos through implementation
• Support OpCos in should-cost modeling, transport tendering, and network optimization
• Develop analytical methods to surface hidden trends in logistics cost, service, and safety
• Support procurement logistics managers in shaping fleet procurement strategy (flexible supply, lowest total cost)
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify performance improvement opportunities with suppliers

Implementation & Enablement & Project Management

• Own and manage TAC implementation roadmaps, tools, and projects for assigned OpCos
• Deliver onsite/online training on TAC tools, processes, and applications to end users

(Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or Information technology

Required

• Broad knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transportation management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Qlik Sense, and database tools (Excel, SQL)
• Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP, dispatch, optimization applications)
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and develop logical, data-backed solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging management, employees, suppliers, and customers
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to build business cases and conduct root cause analysis
• Working knowledge of Python or R, and BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau

Preferred

• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Prior experience in transportation, cement operations, or supply chain management
• Experience managing large, cross-functional projects across multiple organizations
