Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services seeks a strategic, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to establish and lead the end-to-end supply chain for our organization. The role covers policy design, governance, procurement, vendor management, logistics, inventory control, compliance and technology adoption to align with growth and sustainability objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8–9 years of experience in procurement/purchasing with leadership exposure, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in procurement/purchasing with leadership exposure.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of market trends, materials sourcing, and procurement technology tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive supply chain policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Define end-to-end supply chain strategy; build sourcing and procurement systems; develop demand forecasting and replenishment models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, finance and operations for integrated solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise inventory and logistics.

• Developdemandforecasting,planning,andreplenishmentmodels.
• Ensuretimelysourcingofmaterialsandservices,balancingqualityandcost.
• Establishlogisticsanddistributionprocesses,includingdomesticandinternationalshipments.
• Setupwarehousemanagementstandards,inventorycontrolsystems,andreverselogisticsprocesses.

StakeholderCollaboration

• TrackprocurementKPIs(leadtime,costvariance,supplierperformance).

MISandDataManagement

• Design,maintain,andimproveMISreportsforprocurement,costanalysis,consumptiontrends,leadtime,andvendorperformance.
• Ensueral-timedataaccuracyacrossERP/MRP/MISplatformsrelatedtopurchasingactivities.
• Driveacultureofcontinuousimprovement,costefficiency,andoperationalexcellence.
• Generateperiodicdashboardsandanalyticalreportsformanagementreview(e.g.,purchasespendanalysis,pricevariance,supplierscorecards).
• Automatereportingprocessestoreducemanualerrorsandimproveefficiency.
• Provideinsightsthroughdatamodeling,costforecasting,andmarkettrendanalysistosupportstrategicsourcing.
• Ensurecompliancewithinternalpoliciesbymaintainingaudit-readydocumentationinMIS.

• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,industryregulations,andethicalstandards.
• Managestakeholderagreements,contracts,andlegalobligations.

Qualifications&Skills
