Qualificações

• 14–18 years experience in Supply Chain/Retail/Analytics engagements.
• Proven experience managing large, complex multi-tower client engagements.
• Deep understanding of Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and MDM concepts.
• Experience driving forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and data governance.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and decisionmaking skills.
• Exposure to planning platforms, analytics, or automation tools (forecasting systems, SQL, BI, Power Platform).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end engagement leadership across Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management and MDM workstreams.
• Act as the executive client interface, managing senior stakeholders, escalations and strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs, KPIs, forecast accuracy, inventory health and data quality metrics.
• Lead governance cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, risk & issue management, action tracking).
• Drive cross-tower integration between forecasting, inventory and master data for end-to-end supply chain outcomes.
• Sponsor and govern transformation initiatives including automation, analytics enablement and process standardization.
• Own financial management of the engagement including scope, resourcing and value realization.
• Lead and develop senior delivery leaders (D1s, tower leads), building a high-performance culture.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large retail client. Required Experience & Skills

• Experience driving forecast accuracy improvement, inventory optimization, and data governance
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decisionmaking skills
• Exposure to planning platforms, analytics, or automation tools (e.g., forecasting systems, SQL, BI, Power Platform) preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA / PostGraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics preferred
