We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain practice at a Senior Consultant level. The role involves leading engagements across end-to-end supply chain transformation, with a strong focus on Plan / Source / Make domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver supply chain transformation engagements across planning / sourcing / manufacturing domains
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives for clients
• Work closely with client leadership to define supply chain strategies and roadmaps
• Lead diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of supply chain best practices
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development
• Support business development efforts including proposals, client pitches, and solutioning
• MBA from Tier I / Tier II institutes preferable
• Experience:
• 5+years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
• Prior experience with Big 4 / leading consulting firms preferred
• Hands-on experience in following areas:
• Demand / Supply Planning
• Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
• Manufacturing / Shopfloor operations
