Accenture in India seeks a Manager in S&C Supply Chain to lead transformation programs across Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore. You will partner with client leadership to set vision, craft roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end supply chain improvements with measurable impact.

Ideal candidates bring digital supply chain expertise in India, strong program management, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while building capability within the team. Mumbai-based with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on transformation leader, defining supply chain vision and roadmaps and delivering initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation projects with strategic design and execution.
• Define client supply chain strategies, operating models and digital roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Help originate deals and drive innovative proposals to grow business.
• Identify opportunities for value creation from cost saving to risk mitigation.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead capability building and thought leadership within the Supply Chain & Operations team.
• Coach teams on as-is processes, maturity assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
