Job summary

Marengo Asia Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Executive SCM to support procurement operations by managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and coordinating with users, vendors and stores. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchase operations.
• Experience in raising PRs and processing GRNs through an ERP system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP applications.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per departmental requirements.
• Generate and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) upon receipt of materials.
• Coordinate with users, vendors, and stores to ensure timely procurement and receipt of goods.
• Verify procurement documentation and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Track pending PRs, POs, and GRNs to ensure timely closure.
• Resolve routine procurement and GRN-related queries with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with organizational procurement policies and documentation standards.
• Prepare basic procurement MIS and reports as required.
