• Prepare reports on supply chain bottlenecks.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Source and procure Precision Machined Parts, Rubber Parts, Fasteners, etc.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to plan material requirements based on demand forecasts.
• Track & monitor the progress and ensure the full kit is received from the suppliers in line with production plan.
• Interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) and component specifications.
• Prepare regular reports for management on supply chain bottlenecks.
• Add new suppliers to vendor base & assess existing supplier capabilities.
• Assist in costing/estimation & order finalization of new parts/components.
• Understand engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, special processes, and fabrication.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Computer proficiency.
