Job summary

Westbury Sportswear is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to own financial control, cost management, and system integrity across supply chain and warehouse operations. The role reports to the CFO and manages a small team, partnering with operations to optimize financial results.

You will oversee inventory valuation, cost management, and ensure data sanctity across WMS platforms like Increff or Unicommerce. Preference for candidates with e‑commerce or manufacturing exposure in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• CA / CWA or equivalent qualification is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in supply chain / operations finance.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse or factory with WMS/inventory systems (Increff or similar).
• Strong Excel/data reconciliation and dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, inbound/outbound planning, and variance analysis.
• Oversee packaging, transport, and warehouse cost management, including cost-per-unit tracking and budget adherence.
• Track, investigate, and report inventory/financial leakages and claims.
• Validate SLA metrics and penalties with logistics/warehouse partners.
• Ensure compliance for new and existing locations including stock audits, GST APOB, licenses, and insurance.
• Manage procurement and buying finance for direct or indirect materials.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage inventory: valuation, reconciliation, inbound/outbound planning, and variance analysis.
• Oversee packaging, transport, and warehouse cost management, including cost-per-unit tracking and budget adherence.
• Track, investigate, and report inventory/financial leakages and claims.
• Validate SLA metrics and penalties with logistics/warehouse partners.
• Ensure compliance for new and existing locations including stock audits, GST APOB, licenses, and insurance.
• Manage procurement and buying finance for direct or indirect materials.
• Perform rate control and COGS validation and checks.
• Own WMS systems (Increff/Unicommerce etc.) with data sanctity.
• Design and monitor internal controls for Operations & Systems across the value chain.
• Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across integrated systems.

Skills & Qualifications
