Cosmic Uplift is seeking a CA/CMA/CWA to manage Inventory Finance, COGS, cost controls, reconciliation and financial governance across supply chain and operations.

This is a Finance role, not a Logistics/Operations role. You will own inventory accounting, valuation and reconciliation across locations, review costs and vendor invoices.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years post-qualification experience, strong Excel and ERP/WMS exposure, and experience in e-commerce, retail, D2C, FMCG or manufacturing.

• Experience in Inventory Finance / Costing / Financial Controls
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, COGS and reconciliations
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Exposure to ERP/WMS systems

Responsabilités

• Own inventory accounting, valuation and reconciliation across locations.

• Review warehouse, logistics, packaging and transportation costs.
• Validate vendor invoices, SLA penalties and claims.
• Manage procurement/buying finance, rate checks and vendor reconciliation.
• Ensure reconciliation between WMS, ERP and books of accounts.
• Drive internal financial controls, audits and GST/APOB compliance.
• Prepare MIS and dashboards on inventory, COGS, costs and variances.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement and Technology teams to improve financial controls and profitability.

• Exposure to Increff, Unicommerce, SAP, Oracle or similar systems.
