Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and store goods per PO/invoice.
• Maintain stock records in Excel/WMS/ERP and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Prepare delivery documents: invoices, challans, gate passes.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with transport team.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and proper storage; follow FIFO/FEFO.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (weighing scales, pallet jack, scanner).
• Assist audits and coordinate with procurement, sales and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and store incoming goods as per PO and invoiceMaintain accurate stock records in Excel/WMS/ERPConduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies


• Order Fulfillment & Dispatch : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchPrepare delivery documents: invoices, challans, gate passesCoordinate with transport team for loading/unloading


• Warehouse Operations : Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage of materialsFollow FIFO/FEFO and company safety normsOperate basic equipment: weighing machine, pallet jack, scanner.


• Support : Assist in audits, physical verification, and Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.

Work Details:

Location: Chennai (Madhavaram)

• Goods Inward :Receive trucks/materials at warehouseCheck PO, invoice, delivery note vs physical stockInspect for damage, shortage, quality issues, Enter GRN in system and update stock


• Order Processing: Pick orders from system/sales notePack with proper packaging + labelPrepare invoices, delivery challans, gate passesRegister patients and maintain accurate client and pet records.


• DispatchCoordinate with transport for loadingVerify vehicle details and hand over documents, Update dispatch status in system
