Job summary

AMS in Pune is seeking an Analyst - Supply Chain Control (Global Operations & Support) to ensure visibility and control of critical supply chain information across Tubular plants.

The role focuses on analytics, reporting, data discipline, and risk visibility for raw material supply, stock ageing, and logistics performance; requires SAP experience and English plus additional languages preferred.

Qualifications

• Exp: 4 to 9 yrs
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
• Preferred Industry : Steel / Tubular Product
• Exp in SAP
• Language Knowledge : English (Mandatory)+any German / French / Spanish etc (preferred not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• To ensure that critical Supply Chain information is visible, monitored and acted upon systematically across the different Tubular plants.
• The role has an analytical, control and follow-up profile, with responsibility for reporting, coordination and data discipline.
• Provides reliable visibility of raw material supply risks, inventory ageing, Slow Movers, logistics performance, internal material movements and the sales order book, helping the organization anticipate risks before they impact production, customer service, invoicing, inventory levels or tied-up capital.
• Raw material order follow-up and supply risk visibility
• Supplier service level control
• Early risk detection and multi-plant coordination
• Daily stock control and stock ageing
• Critical materials and Slow Movers analysis
• Inventory accuracy and discrepancy analysis
• Transport, loading, unloading and time-on-site KPIs
• Sales order book follow-up and dispatch acceleration
• Loading, unloading and internal movement productivity
