Role Overview
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst with an MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management and 2+ years of relevant experience. This role sits at the intersection of real-world operations, data, and SaaS product execution.
You will work closely with life sciences customers, internal implementation teams, and Product & Engineering to translate complex supply chain processes into structured workflows, data models, and actionable insights on the Collabrix platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations in life sciences (planning, procurement, production, inventory, batch tracking, vendor coordination)
- Analyze customer processes and data structures; translate them into platform configurations, reports, and workflows
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing operations by validating data, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to define functional requirements grounded in real operational needs
- Create and maintain operational artifacts: process maps, data dictionaries, functional specifications, and user guides
- Monitor operational KPIs and data quality; proactively identify risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to supply chain data, flows, and reporting
- Contribute to building reusable templates and best practices across customer implementations.
Educational Requirements
- MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related specialization from a recognized institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or planning roles
- Practical exposure to operational workflows such as production planning, inventory management, procurement, or plant operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with structured and semi-structured data
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and working with large datasets - Ability to think in terms of process, data, and systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or supply chain planning tools
- Exposure to SaaS products, enterprise implementations, or customer-facing roles
- Basic understanding of data integrations, APIs, or reporting platforms
