Job summary

Leading Global Engineering MNC (Product-Based Company) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra seeks a Supplier Senior Quality Engineer with 7–10 years of experience to drive supplier quality initiatives in engine components and casting processes.

You will conduct supplier audits, support localization projects, perform inspections per ITP, manage deviations, and ensure corrective actions while maintaining quality records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy Engineering is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of experience in supplier quality related to engine components.
• NDT Level-II certification preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2015/14001/45001 audits and QMS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits and supplier quality improvement activities
• Support development of engine components and localization projects
• Perform intermediate and final inspection as per ITP requirements
• Handle deviations and ensure corrective actions implementation
• Carry out casting component inspection and quality verification
• Maintain audit reports, inspection records, and quality documents
• Support NDT activities and internal quality system audits
