Job summary

Samvith Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for its Pune facility. The role involves working at supplier sites to monitor processes, inspect parts against specifications, and drive quality improvements. You will interact with suppliers to ensure conformance to drawings and standards.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 1–4 years of experience, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2025. Willingness to operate in a 6-day workweek with rotational shifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Ability to read product drawings and understand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating processes at supplier end and verify process and product characteristics.
• Inspect parts as per drawings/WI/STD at supplier end.
• Monitor supplier rejections/rework on a daily basis.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.

Position: Supplier Quality Engineer

• Department: - Quality Control
• Experience: 1-4 Years
• Education: Diploma mechanical
• Opening: 4 Nos (Male only)
• Working Days: - 6 days a week
• Shift: 3 Rotational

Job Description: -

Competencies: -

• Knowledge of Machining, plating, Moulding and assembly process.
• Inspect the different types of parts CNC, Rubber, Plastic & forging etc.
• Able to read product drawings & understand the requirements of product and process.
• He can be able to work independently with suppliers to monitoring & controlling the process and products.
• Candidate must knowledge of ISO 9001:2025
• Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Problem solving tools.

Candidate should have own bike & two-wheeler license.

Responsibilities:

• He will be responsible to work at supplier end to monitor operating Process, verification of process and product characteristics, In-process check at supplier end & report to AIMS for any suspicious.
• He will be responsible to inspect the parts as per the spec. (Drawing/WI/STD) at supplier end.
• He will be responsible to monitor supplier rejections/Rework on daily basis.
• Active participation in 5S, Kizan etc.
