Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supplier development or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project management.
• Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Supplier Development Engineer for our Pune location

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Performance Analysis: Evaluates supplier performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement strategies.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Develops and executes process optimization plans to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to facilitate effective supplier development and integration.
• Training and Support: Provides informal guidance and training to new team members and suppliers to enhance technical skills and understanding of company requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves supplierrelated issues using technical expertise and judgment to maintain quality and timely delivery.
