• Supplier Performance Analysis: evaluates supplier data and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: develops and executes optimization plans for supplier capabilities.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: partners with procurement, QA, and engineering teams.
• Training and Support: guides and mentors new team members and suppliers.
• Issue Resolution: identifies and resolves supplier-related issues to maintain quality and delivery.

We are looking for Supplier Development Engineer for our Pune location

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Performance Analysis: Evaluates supplier performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement strategies.
• Process Improvement Initiatives: Develops and executes process optimization plans to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to facilitate effective supplier development and integration.
• Training and Support: Provides informal guidance and training to new team members and suppliers to enhance technical skills and understanding of company requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves supplierrelated issues using technical expertise and judgment to maintain quality and timely delivery.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Expert in building and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and performance.
• Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
