Job summary

Efs-Facilities-Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Supervisor to lead and manage technical operations across our facilities. You will oversee maintenance, repair, and installation activities, ensuring safety compliance and high service quality for client facilities in India.

You will mentor a technical team, plan preventive maintenance, coordinate with procurement, and prepare detailed operation reports. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical supervision within facilities management or related industry with proven leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations including maintenance, repair, and installation across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance skills and productivity.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment and infrastructure lifespan.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to manage technical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on technical operations, maintenance activities, and incidents for management review.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical processes and enhance service quality.
