Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor in Agar Malwa, MP to oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of transmission lines for a large solar project.

The role requires ensuring compliance with electrical codes, conducting site inspections, coordinating with project managers and contractors, and troubleshooting electrical issues. You will also monitor budgets and schedules, prepare detailed documentation, and provide technical guidance to the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in solar/renewables.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including design, installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
