Job summary

GA Infra is hiring a Supervisor– Field Operations (MRSM) for a large-scale MCD road-cleaning project in Delhi. The role plans routes for electric road-sweeping machines, supervises operators and fleet utilisation, and coordinates breakdowns and diversions.

You will inspect routes, arrange re-sweeps as needed, handle field complaints, and maintain deployment/MIS records. A Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2–6 years of supervision experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–6 years' experience in field supervision, fleet operations, or infra services.
• Experience managing operators/drivers/helpers.
• Good Hindi and working English.
• Outdoor work with day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan routes and deploy electric road-sweeping machines.
• Supervise operators/helpers and machine utilisation.
• Coordinate breakdowns, replacements and route diversions.
• Physically inspect completed routes and arrange re-sweeping if required.
• Handle field complaints and maintain daily deployment/MIS records.
• Escalate critical operational issues to the Project Coordinator.
