Job summary

A leading logistics provider is seeking a Supervisor for Cold Storage operations in Mehsana, India. In this role, you will oversee floor operations ensuring compliance, safety, and effective handling of temperature-sensitive products. You will be responsible for achieving customer SLAs, optimizing inventory practices, and ensuring a zero-error dispatch process. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in relevant IT systems. This position is full-time and site-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in QSR, food service, cold chain, or FMCG logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, food safety protocols, and temperature compliance.
• Proficient in WMS, MS Excel, and general IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor teams to achieve operational KPIs and customer SLAs consistently.
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO and proper inventory control.
• Conduct regular temperature monitoring and documentation for compliance and food safety.

This role will drive adherence to customer SLAs, optimize processes for higher productivity, and ensure complete customer satisfaction with zero error dispatch and robust inventory control.
