DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC is seeking a Mechanical Fabrication Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to oversee production/fabrication under strict safety norms in an Indian facility. You will ensure measurements with calibrated tools, read drawings, and guide workmen to meet CCPM targets, while maintaining PPE usage and timely progress.

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project will support planning, daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, and data preparation for shop performance.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of fabrication/production experience.
• Ability to read production drawings and give instructions.
• Familiarity with CCPM and project tracking.
• Experience in safety-compliant manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production and fabrication under strict safety norms.

• Monitor work progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Enforce PPE usage for workers.
• Work in shifts and manage shift operations.
• Prepare shop performance data monthly.

Job Description
