Job summary

Emerald Luxe A Boutique Hotel in Mohali is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure top cleanliness, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance.

You will schedule staff, supervise hygiene standards, train team members, and maintain records and SOP compliance to deliver guest satisfaction.

• Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas.
• Allocate duties and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and common areas as per hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office for room status, arrivals, and departures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for room repairs and defects.
• Manage linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.
• Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and grooming.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff.
• Ensure proper implementation of hotel SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and Lost & Found items.
