Job description

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, staircases, reception areas and common spaces as per checklist.
• Make beds, change linen, replenish towels, amenities, water, toiletries and guest-room supplies.
• Report damaged items, maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, minibar/amenity gaps and safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain linen count, housekeeping trolley, cleaning equipment, chemicals and storage areas neatly.
• Support deep cleaning, post-checkout cleaning, occupied-room service and urgent guest requests.
• Follow hygiene and safety practices while using cleaning chemicals, wet-floor signs and waste disposal.
• Coordinate with reception for room status updates: vacant dirty, vacant clean, occupied, ready and out-of-order rooms.
• Ensure guest belongings are handled respectfully and privacy is maintained at all times.
• Support laundry coordination and inventory movement as instructed.
