Job summary

Quantum Corpserv India seeks a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of heavy motor vehicle fleets, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant transport services. The role entails supervising drivers, monitoring performance, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive operational excellence and timely deliveries.

The position reports to the Cluster Manager, Operations and involves coordinating with functional heads and internal units to optimize route utilization

Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations Management
• Supervise and coordinate daily deployment of HMV vehicles across routes, hubs, and client locations.
• Ensure on-time loading, unloading, and deliveries as per client schedules.
• Monitor trip plans, vehicle schedules, and turnaround times to optimize utilization.
• Allocate duties and briefing drivers on routes, safety, and operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance; provide on-ground support.
• Ensure adherence to RTO norms, traffic rules, and organizational compliance.
