Job summary

Flex Chennai seeks a Subject Matter Expert- Supply Chain Solutions to support end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, production, capacity planning, and MRP. You will act as SME for BAAN V and BAAN LN ERP, translating business needs into functional specs and guiding integrations with analytics platforms.

The role requires 5–8 years of BAAN experience, strong data analytics, and excellent stakeholder management. Based in Chennai, with opportunities to drive ERP upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with BAAN V and/or BAAN LN, and supply chain solutions.
• Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Strong data analytics, validation, and governance mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management以及 communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand, Supply, Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, Order Management.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BAAN V and BAAN LN ERP applications and collaborate with IT teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications; support ERP enhancements and migrations.
• Coordinate with development teams for integrations and validate data mapping, interface logic, and business rules.
