Job summary

Amazon in Chennai invites a Device Associate to join the Relay TAQ team. You will own regression test executions and work with QA engineers across Relay modules, ensuring quality and timely releases.

The role requires 1+ year in game testing, a related degree, and willingness to grow in automation. You will coordinate with DA POCs, perform automated runs, and support L2 DAs.

We are seeking experienced Device Associates to join our Relay TAQ team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside QA engineers in a dynamic testing environment where you'll take ownership of regression test executions and contribute to quality assurance across multiple Relay product modules.

Key job responsibilities

• 1. Should execute P1 new test in regression suite independently every release
• 2. Own E2E regression testing for one or more components within a project.
• 3. Interact with QAE POCs, drive the regression testing coordinating with fellow DA's. Own DA productivity and test execution Quality of the regression test cases assigned. Escalate to Manager incase of any deviations. May support the DA POC/QA with scope for new features and automation.
• 4.Should perform automated test executions in pipeline and analyze failures and defect. Also, Supervise the automated test execution run by L2 DA's and adopt the automated tests in regression for sign off. Ensure automated tests are included during regression scope review.
• 5.Should perform new test execution from the test plan for low complex features along with the QAEs.
• 6. Preferred: Able to work in Low complex Automation test failure fixes along with POCs/QAE support.
• 7.Update the testing status to QA stakeholder. Call out the risk if any and keep the communication updated with Managers/Stakeholders
• 8.Identify the process gaps which impacts the day to day testing deliverables. Escalate to Manager for next step actions
• 9.Provide floor support to the L2 DA's

Relay for Carriers, Relay for Drivers ,Yard and Gate Tech.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of game testing experience
• 1. BE, BTech, Master of computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT) or graduate, preferably in a quantitative field of study with relevant exp of 1- 2 years.
• * Strong judgment and instincts. Is right a lot.

Preferred Qualifications

• * Has hands on experience in basic/Beginner level automation scripting.
• *Ability to understand the low complex code structures.
