Device Associate, QUALITY SERVICES, Reader Ops.

Job Summary:
A device associate’s primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. He/she is also responsible for the successful and on-time delivery of results.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds.
2. Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
3. Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
4. Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.
5. Use software tools for data capture daily.
6. Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
7. Raise all failures/doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal and close them as per SLAs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software testing experience or certification.
